May He keep you as the apple of His eyes, and shield you from all evil. This new year, I hide your life with Christ. You will increase on every side. Lines shall fall upon you in pleasant places, your lot shall be secured in Jesus name. Lack and insufficiency will not be your portion.

SAVAGE! How Lionel Messi Bought His Neighbours’ House In Barcelona Because They Always Make Noise

Published

on

A former teammate of Barcelona star Lionel Messi, Ivan Rakitic has revealed the novel way the Argentine dealt with noisy neighbours by buying their house, according to team-mate Ivan Rakitic.

The midfielder told Croatian outlet Novi List (h/t Sport):

“When he bought his house in Castelldefels, his neighbours were a little noisy, so Leo had to buy their house so that he could be alone [with his family]. Luckily I have never had those problems.”

Messi lives in the coastal town of Castelldefels, around 12 miles south-west of Barcelona, near to the home of Luis Suarez.

In 2013, Victor Malo of Diario Gol reported the Argentinian had purchased the detached house next door to his own.

Several rooms on the property had been rented out, resulting in a “lot of strangers coming and going.” The new occupants were described as “nosy” and displayed “rude behaviour, such as playing loud music,” causing Messi’s family to feel uneasy.

The 33-year-old was threatened with a lawsuit after attempting to raise a dividing wall between the two houses as it “clashed against some local regulations,” and so he ultimately opted to buy the house for himself.

TRANSFER WINDOW! Sergio Ramos Tells Real Madrid He Wants To Leave The Club & Join Lionel Messi In PSG Super Team

They might be some murky waters for Real Madrid to deal with captain, Sergio Ramos already warning the team that French giants, Paris Saint-Germain are keen to create a super-team by signing him and Barcelona star, Lionel Messi as he stalls on signing a new contract’.

Real Madrid are waiting with bated breath to see whether their legendary captain will extend his deal at the Bernabeu, with a deal on the table for him to sign. As it stands, the 34-year-old center back – still a vital part of Zinedine Zidane’s starting XI – is out of contract in the summer, and he can currently speak to other clubs about a deal starting in June.

And one other club interested in stealing him away from Spain is PSG, who have reportedly told Ramos they want to add him and Messi to their already star-studded team with Neymar and Kylian Mbappe.

Reports from Josep Pedrerol on Spanish programme El Larguero state that Ramos had a cordial meeting with Real president Florentino Perez before the Elche game, in which he said ‘I am not accepting the proposal you have made to me…and from now on I will listen to offers.’

Incredibly, it is claimed Ramos then went on to say: ‘Someone from PSG has told me that they are going to create a great team with me and [Lionel] Messi.’

Real Madrid have put an offer on the table to take Ramos through until the summer of 2023 when he would be 37, but multiple reports in Spain claim that talks have reached a complete stalemate.
